Guest Posts Update

Insert witty remark about 7th guest post here

Thanks again to everyone who helped brainstorm some guest post ideas a couple of weeks back and allowed me the honour of writing for them. The response was absolutely fantastic and it makes me proud to be part of such a great blogosphere.

Unfortunately I’ve slacked more than I anticipated  (who saw that coming?!) and only managed to get a few written. Don’t worry, I’ve still got every intention of getting them all done and will endeavour to get them to everyone who requested one within the next week or two. Good intentions and all that. Anyway, a couple have already been posted and, as promised, here are the links to them.

A delightful fellow by the name of Pierre-Yves asked me to write a guest post about global servers for his MMORPG blog. Being a topic that interests me quite a lot, I of course jumped at the chance. Pierre-Yves’ blog is entirely in French though which unfortunately means I can’t read much of it but it looks like a fine resource for anyone who speaks the tongue.

Ixobelle.com
Ixobelle’s blog is fast becoming one of my favourite blogs so I was absolutely thrilled when he suggested I write a post about anonymous comments for it (and yep, there were even a few anonymous replies to it). Hopefully you guys will have as much fun reading the article as I had writing it and enjoy Ixo’s excellent blog.

You wrote a post you can’t read? You remind me of my brother who claims to speak German, but acknowledges that he cannot understand a word.

I’m sure there’s a far more reasonable explanation, but what’s the fun in that?

I’d love you to write a guest post for MMO-Symposium. It could be about anything that takes your fancy. :)

Let me know if your interested.

The 7th Guest was an… interesting game. Creepy story, interesting puzzles… not quite a good mix. It sure made those Myst-purchased CD drives hum, though.

I loved the 7th Guest, and even the 11th hour. Don’t uh … don’t really know what else to say.
